The alliance between \ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udde6 Giordano aka Loco and \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 Manuel aka CT 2001 doesn't work because Manuel is as backward as Burkina Faso (with all due respect to Burkina Faso). Giordano tries to take the last relic that Giulietto hasn't yet taken, but the Burgundian monk is cruelly murdered by the Frankish knights. Giulio wins by the relics and, as a demonstration of his superiority, he was also building the Wonder that would have given him the victory as well.
